Aviation Medical - Vancouver doctors

New to Vancouver. Any recommendations for a good aviation doctor for Cat 1 medical renewal would be greatly appreciated.

I have used Dr. Perold Hill Top Medical Clinic and was very happy with his service. Got me back flying after a medical incident in a safe and efficient manner. He is in a big clinic with an ECG right down the hall, located in South Surrey. Easiest is to just call the mainline and tell them you want to book an appointment for an aviation medical. Tell them if you need and ECG and they will book you in just before your appointment with the Dr.

If you need one ASAP Ultima right at the YVR Airport can usually get you done ASAP and will direct bill most airlines. They also have an ECG on site.

Hopefully things have changed recently, but for a stretch there were a lot of CAME's whom would refuse to see "new patients". As the fellow I eventually found to do my last renewal said; "what kind of stupidity is that (no new patients) that's most of the aviation medical business..."

Dr Perold doesn’t do Aviation Medicals anymore unless you’re one of his regular patients.
