I heard of one guy who submitted his logbook for his ATPL with quite a bit of his night time in a certain C-172. Turned out the airplane was registered to a TC inspector, who of course had no knowledge of this fellow. That was not a career enhancing move....

Transport could charge you for every false entry into your log books, So be very careful when making entries, dates and times must be accurately entered in both journey log and pilot log, not entering a flight is also an offence.
