Hello!
I know for a small operation, the same person can be CP and Ops Manager. At what point does that role need to be split between 2 people?
Can you operate one 703 twin turbine aircraft with just one person acting as both CP, PRM, and OPS Manager?
CP, Ops Manager, and PRM = Same Person?
