Pilot health and fitness

Is there anyone here that might be able to direct me to any studies that have been done on aircrew regarding costs associated with sickness and fitness levels? (Be it by unions or other interested parties at companies)

I have searched lots and found nothing, lots in regards regular companies, just nothing for airlines. Is it just that they have not done the studies or that none have been published.

Any help would be appreciated as I am starting an initiative at my airline in regards to this.
