yes A380 I think is ugly! 747-8i is a very pretty machine

If I'm not mistaken the A380 you saw was actually a Delta 747-400, diverting from its Detroit to Tokyo flight.

Today (Sat. 8 March around 1130am local) I saw an Emirates A-380 on approach to 20 at YEG

I flew an Emirates 380 to Toronto and back last year. Impressive!
