Has passed away.
I was never able to afford his 901 series speakers and had to settle for JBLs. Same goes for the NR headsets (aviation and home). But i sure did want them.
He certainly contributed greatly to both the creation and elimination of noise. Aviation and non aviation.

I bought a pair of 800s in 1974, which I used for mobile disco duties. Later in life, I bought 901s, in a PX in Germany, which are still used by my ex, after 28 years! They are expensive, but with 21,000 watts RMS max limit, they have not been copied.
