Vernon'll meet me when the BOAC lands / Keys to the M.G. Will be in his hand...

Montego Bay.

I always heard BOAC as "Boeing" because it just makes more sense? And BOAC used to operate 707's. Okay, they also operated Super Connies.....but wrong era.
Can anyone tell me what M.G. Stood for? Without using Google?

Speaking of BOAC.... Back in the USSR mentions them. The engines sounds overdubbed have a definite RR sound to them... Conways perhaps?

Chosen for ambiguity and open-ended interpretation.... so I guess you are right.

MG, being the British car manufacturer. I always did like the looks of the MGB GT.

Apparently they were somewhat foul cars though...

"So, bye, bye, Miss American Pie"
The Bonanza that killed Buddy Holly, The Big Bopper, and Ritchie Valens, was called, Miss American Pie.
It was painted right on the side of the plane.

Jimmy Buffet sings about landing his Albatross in the water off the shore of Negril and the cops thinking it was a drug . and opened fire on the aircraft.

Based on that experience, he wrote "Jamaica Mistaka."

Sometimes I think of a few bars of this when doing a CL-215 scoop.

The G4 seems to be mentioned in a lot of rap songs.. Its also in at least these two.

'Lean Back' - Terror squad 'Now we livin' better now, Gucci sweater now, And that G4 could fly through, any weather now'

'Hustlin' - Rick Ross w/jay-z also NSFW and I think he mentions it twice.. white on white.

Ja Rule -- Mesmerize. "Flyin' abroad in my private G-2.."

I remember hearing that in 2002... thinking... man, either he doesn't know what a G-2 is... or he's got the oldest, loudest, and thirstiest private jet out there.....

They're not the greatest but I've had a few.

They look awesome because the coupe was a pininfarina design... a house that has had 1 or 2 good designs
