Canadian Astronaut Chris Hadfield is no stranger to being in isolation.
During his time in the space station he shared with the world what's it like to be in space.
Here is my take on his top 4 tips for dealing with a crisis.

Isn't there a forum rule against advertising in general posts?

Stop promoting your Youtube channel and disrespecting Col. Hadfield by embedding his productions without consent for your own gain.

Interesting perspective, thank you. Actually I highly respect Cmd. Hadfield. The time spent making the video is tribute to that. There is no gain as my channel is not monetized. This is purely fun.
