Ground school !!!!

Just wondering about anyone's ground school experience....

Tips and ideas of what was great, what you wish you knew before YOU started, anything that you can pass on.
(Is there more than 1 pilot teaching, how long are the days, how many hours of studying above the classroom time, hotel living-etc...)
Looking forward to hearing about all of your experiences!
