The award is out. Congrats to all the new captains! Haven't referenced date of hires but at first glance the junior upgrades seem to continue.

At a glance it looks like 9 to 10 months for Q400/classic YUL capt.

Congrats all! The most junior RJ captain in YVR is at 1.5yrs employment as of today so under 2yrs to RJ captain in YVR

How many pilots does Jazz plan on hiring in 2018 ? Saw some posts saying 400 is that close or realistic going forward ?

The most junior captain is in YUL D8. Date of hire of April 2017. Congrats to all the upgrades. Jazz needs to hire 133 new First Officers going forward.
