Jazz skid off runway in Bagotville, QC
Article is in french, I’m being told the apron and taxiways are just like an ice rink... Doesn’t seem to have any injuries or damage on the aircraft.

Not good. It seems to be a norm, for small Canadian airports to have runways in good order, but their ramp is an ice rink. I've seen many, from Bagotville to Timmins, and many others.
1. Why is that?
2. Why do pilots accept operating in such environment?

Das ist mir wurst...

Just by looking at the video, it looks like the aircraft wasn't able to make the left turn from RWY 36 onto TWY H leading to the apron.
Offering more than that would only be speculation.

CRJ in Bagtown? The YUL-YBG route is normally serviced by the Dash.

Dash normally services that route but the CRJ has a few as well.

In my many travels to/from YBG and 21 years living there, never seen a CRJ.

North end of YYZ was a skating rink today. Not fun with winds gusting to 45ktsHansDietrich wrote: ↑Fri Feb 08, 2019 11:27 am Not good. I'm less scared about the wind, more about the runways and taxiways conditions...
