ATPL is strongly preferred as per the last hires/trends.

I know Encore is hiring with IATRA but tells the new hires they have X amount of time to write their A’s. Jazz isn’t there but they are also snobbing a lot of people until they check the box with ATPL.

Consider your application a filter. Normally, they want 1000+ HRS, 250 MULTI, ATPL done, probably enough PIC to not have to use the PICUS program.
