Quickie 2 CofR

Post by PJ1 »

Hope someone can give me some advice as to how to proceed with a inspection and the issueing of a certificate of registration. I recently acquired a quickie 2 experimental aircraft. The unit was 90% completed.
I recently finshed it completly. What do I do next. I know it needs a inspection any thing I should do before that happens and how long does the entire process take.

Usually there are two or three inspections prior to the special C of A being issued. One of the inspections is know as a "pre-cover". Hopefully, this was done before the wings were closed up. Additionally, there should be a builders log detailing the construction process.
