Champagne Service Lawsuit

I'm pretty sure that any reasonable person sees the term "Champagne" as the level of service, not a product that you actually get. On my team, we have WestJet Gold rewards or something like that. I have yet to see us reward anyone with any gold, real or imagined.

Gold isn’t a protected term, and your team isn’t handing out small coins of a yellow-coloured shiny metal, as part of your “gold” service.

If you have a “Champagne” service and hand out a sparkling wine drink, isn’t it reasonable to expect that to be Champagne?

To label a type of service as "Champagne" isn't protected.
Is the title of the product "Champagne Service" and what is offered as a drink sparkling wine? Look into that and report back.
