Good luck !!

I timed out of the YWG IFR candidate pool twice now. Stayed in the candidate pool for 18 months after passing the in-person interview.

I am in the process of trying for a 3rd and final time.

So you interviewed in person twice and passed the interview then waiting for 18 month each time to not get in?

Yup,

1st time took 1 year to get to the in person interview from initial application. passed the interview. stayed in the pool for 18 months, got dropped and had to restart.

2nd time passed the in-person interview withing 6 months of re-application. Again waited 18 months only to get timed out again after 18 months.

Are you currently waiting for an interview or waiting in the pool again? That's a long arduous period of time to be waiting! I'm only at about the 1 year since initial application and the waiting is killing me.

Me as well. I passed the online portion in March. Just waiting to find out if I get accepted to the in person assessments... I see that waiting is normal for this process lol. Glad I found this site.

Has anyone gotten an invitation for an in-person interview yet? Have you had your interview and are waiting on a call? I've had my interview and am waiting for a call.

Any feedback on your 2nd interview, How long it was? Was it similar to the 1st interview? Did you find it easier or harder than the 1st?

It was probably 45 minutes all together. 3 person panel interview. Lots of behavioral questions same as the first although they had more follow up questions. I would say it felt harder than the first.

Thanks for the info. I just got an email yesterday for an in-person interview. Just have to decide if I am driving or flying to Winnipeg.
