Do you guys know the longest a candidate has waited for the call in the hiring pool ?
A year ? 2 years?

I know a couple guys still in the pool since September 2018 and were told to be patient every few months. Some people are hired after only a couple weeks in the pool and others several months; seems to be somewhat random.

with those ggn folks joining for the next months, I guess if they are waiting, lot of people will wait for 2020 to be called...

No, you aren’t doing any work for them. You haven’t been hired yet. So no, you won’t be paid by them.

How is the Georgian integration going?

1x Aug GS
2x Sept GS
3x Oct GS
(sounds like mostly GGN pilots in those GS)

I don’t yet know if classes will be mixed or all GGN MOS 4 pilots. If I hear anything I’ll let ya know. But if you got an email about pool pilots being used again then that’s positive that the classes might be mixed.
