Is anyone getting this message on My ID Travel?
I've been seeing it for the past few days.

Seems to be down again? I’m getting this error.
Any way to call their employee travel line and list like we did before?

Re: MyID Travel General Availability Error
"Air Canada (AC) Nov. 13, 2019: Air Canada will migrate to the Altea passenger service system beginning November 18, at approximately 1900 GMT / 2:00PM ET. During the migration, which is expected to last 12 hours, the myIDTravel application will not be accessible for ZED leisure or business travel tickets. You will not be able to retrieve, view, create, modify and cancel employee bookings for travel on Air Canada during the migration. Employees and eligible family/companions with existing bookings will still be able to check-in and travel during this window."
May have something to do with system migration issues.

I'm still having this issue, has it been figured out for everyone else? I haven't been able to book on them since November.
