Junior 737 guy is going to be around SN 3800-3900 on the current bid... I think that's someone hired last year. They should do right around or slightly over 200K.

Mid pack 737 CA mid 2s is easy with a bit of OT.

Altiplano...you really need to check your “facts”! I’m not going to waste my time telling you how I inaccurate you are regarding SW. You obviously have your mind made up regardless of the truth. I will however get you to ask a Sunwing pilot about their overall experience and their views of the company, I can assure you for the most part they will be positive... it’s not perfect but it’s a great place to work. I know a few guys that have left for big red and it was a very hard decision to leave.

Why are some of the most senior people leaving SW then? And why does AC have dozens of SW applicants right now?

How come an RP at air canada makes more than a 737 captain at swoop?

I have friends and former colleagues there, I'm sure it's a good spot to work. No place did I say it wasn't. My beef isn't with any Canadians or PRs doing the job. In fact, I'd like to see more Canadians and PRs doing the job

So, if you are going to call me out, please tell me exactly what is inaccurate?

Disagreeing with policies or business practices isn't an inaccuracy, it's a subjective difference of opinion, but an opinion that I back up with fact and reason.

Please read the ALPA statement I posted if your want to understand some of my issues with TFWs, LMOs, and all the rest of it.

For the same reason a king air or Navajo captain makes more than a captain at encore.
Or, for the same reason someone will leave a $140,000 turboprop job, to make less than half of that as a FO at WJ.
