Approx $6500/month take home plus another $1300-ish perdiems if you do multi day pairings. Province of residence makes a HUGE difference in net pay. Payroll deducts taxes based on flying base but this is reconciled by the pilot at tax time.
The difference in total tax burden between QC and AB can be up to $13,000 for a T4 of $200k.
Pilots flying multi day US trips will consistently receive C$1500+ in per diems.
Lots of top scale Jazz CA picking up 3-4 days O/T netting $10k+ per month.

That being said the top of the Jazz CA pay scale is currently 20 YOS as a CA. Year 1 CA is $81.09/credit hour.
