Pour one out for the UNK!
Today’s the day boys and girls.
Let’s all take a moment to share our favorite memories of our beloved GGN.
I’ll start.
The pilots were great people!

Re: Pour one out for the UNK!
Going back to the late 90's, early 2000's, I was fortunate enough to have been around such a great group of pilots. Friendships that continue to this day. We had some great times on layovers, back when GGN had decent layovers.

Re: Pour one out for the UNK!
Even though they were getting clapped out near the end, I do miss flying that sweet 19 hunny with the standup cabin and aftermarket lav. The pilots were a great bunch, and much fun was had during my time at Georgian, (despite the sometimes dysfunctional nature of the operation)
If any former Georgianite is flying around YYZ today, tune up 129.15 on COM 2 give a nice "Unkee!" to pay your respects...

I think my favourite memory was all the block growth holding short because a god damn Georgian plane was having an emergency landing every 3 days...
God bless the fact they are gone!

I was going to say, I thought it was his best post... I thought maybe he was turning a corner.

I met some of the most amazing people there and good times were had.
I also met some of the most incompetent people there and not so good times were had.
All in all, it was a great ride and the UNK shall live on in our memories.
