No.

The airport built some big ugly monstrosity of a terminal building that is completely unnecessary….I believe they are moving into that..

Seems to be the thing to do at the moment, Langley and Pitt are building things. Although, from the sound of things Pitt is going to be outdoing Langley quite handily with all of the development going on.

Pitt has a lot more real estate to work with. Moving into the new building would make sense.

That may very well be, but most of the "unclaimed" land floods, or at least floats, with a little rain. Problem with building on a peat bog.

Actually, the funniest project will be that proposed restaurant/seaplane terminal on the banks of the Fraser. That'll only take a few loads of back fill to sort out...
