logging PIC "safety pilot" time

Hi guys, there is a school in Chicago, Illinois (MIdway Aviators) that is offering 25 hours wet in a twin comanche for $2500 U.S. dollars.
They say that half the hour is logged as PIC and the other half is logged as PIC "safety Pilot" time, is this recognizable in Canada the safety pilot time? I do not think so but if anybody knows let me know and thank you.

I realize the twin comanche is not a 2 person crew aircraft so I dont think you can log safety pilot time for it to be know here in Canada as it is down in the states.

WHO's name is in the log book, here in canada it all depends on who name is first as I am sure you already knew that though.

In Canada there is only 1 PIC at any time.

Which means I cannot log the safety pilot PIC time in my log book and have it recognized in Canada, True?

If you show up at the door with a logbook full of safety pilot time they're gonna boot your ass out the door. Go instruct or . bags like everyone else. You're not gonna get that great job by buying thousands of hours of time flying around the GTA.

Hey endless I have 15 years working on the ramp, loading-offloading aircraft, working in baggage, towing aircraft and de-icing them as well. I dont want the easy way into a job just ideas to rack up the time to get a job, believe me I busted my ass for a long time and looking to do something that I really love to do and that is fly.
How many guys today are career instructors and do they love it?

In the states I'm pretty sure that the person manipulating the flight controls can log the time as PIC. Here we'd just just call that the pilot flying, just cause you are flying does not make you PIC in Canada. So more than one person can be PIC in the States AT THE SAME TIME. The PF can log it and if the actual PIC is different than the PF then he can log it too.

In US both pilot in front can log PIC, the guy who fly with the hood and the other one safety pilot who checks the sky around.
That is how schools can sell multi PIC time for 50 USD an hours if the plane cost 100.
