Hello aviators, has anyone walked in to the Hamilton office to do any paperwork? Or do you go in by appointment?

I would just call. Many government agencies have an automated message stating their current policies before they ring through.

I called and talked to someone live, they told me no walking in just email communication and you can drop off forms every Wednesday from 8 to 10 am and they’ll pick it up ( Hamilton office).
