Actually it's a continued pay cut for all but those in the first 4 years... But the scope lets might keep the 600 out a little longer... we'll see what happens next.

How do you figure a "continued pay cut" occurred here?

55 hours -> 63 hours for formula pay pilots.
55 hours -> 75 hours for flat pay pilots.

Huh?
Let me explain. Pilots remaining employed after Sept 30th will now receive either 63 or 75 hours MBG. This represents an increment of "X" dollars in the company's payroll.

Know what else costs "X" dollars? Bringing back the 600 laid off pilots. Or some of them. The government is even offering to cover their wages under CEWS which is extended until summer 2021.

Instead of sending ACPA back to the table to negotiate a deal that helps ALL pilots, 82.5% chose to take the cash and leave the bottom 600 in the cold. Solidarity anyone? Oh right... solidarity applies in reverse order of seniority :roll:

Like I said... disgusting. Am I the only one who sees this?

Do you really believe that though? Are there any pilots on the ACPA VCC?

The corruption at ACPA has got to end. I know, I am on the MEC!

If the vote was No we would revert to pre-existing contract/moa pay:

- 4 year fixed rate pilots 55 ->75 (contract article 12)
- QPOS LCC 319/767 pilots 55 -> 77.5 (contract LOU 74)
- QPOS NB CAs or year 5+ FO 55 -> 80 (737 MOA)
- everyone else min DBM = 70 block window 65-71 with MRG 65 (contract)

So mostly everyone would have got more with a No vote, except fixed rate guys who get the same either way, to be clear though pay is not the reason I think No would have been a better result.

Water under the bridge now though.

So when CBC gets a hold of this, Ac fires you over the breach of NDA and then sues you what then?

This video will hurt your fellow pilots more than it will hurt your enemies on the MEC.

Please stop this.

Everyone Tony is mentally ill. Plus I just tried watching that video and honestly it belongs as one of the levels of hell in dante's inferno. The quality is so bad i could only watch 2 min before I turned it off.

And Tony if you're reading this. Get yourself some help. No one cares buddy. Life is to short. Try asking the people you hate so much for help and it might change your whole outlook on life.

ACPAs site and others have numbers you can call. Take the first step.

I ain't clicking that link. Air Canada is a publicly traded company and leaking meetings about negotiations between the company and labor unions could draw the attention of Securities regulators on yourself, this website, and anyone viewing it.

Tony, why don’t you post the link to the video where it claims the CIA had Trudeau under house arrest. You were a fan of that one on the ACPA forum.

Also, FYI, most individuals on this forum have not dropped enough bombs on people to earn your respect...

Tony will soon be leaving the ranks of Air Canada. Not too worry though, Baby Fidel(Trudeau) has the perfect position high up in the Liberal Gov't. Soon to be appointed Ambassador to the UN. That way the CIA can protect him, just like TruDashian.

Part of the MOA 2 mentioned the following about being force reduced. If someone got forced reduced from a CA position to FO on this bid but didn't end up starting/completing their CA SIM training does the appropriate CA pay rate still apply? Appears so but would appreciate another opinion.

Pilots who were force reduced on CMSC Bid 20-01A and either moved to another
Captain position on their Base or were unable to maintain a Captain position on their
Base, then they, for the purposes of Article 20.09.07 will be deemed successfully
qualified as Captain and will receive the appropriate pay rate until they are qualified in
their new position (as per Article 20.09.05).
• The appropriate pay rate will begin on the pilot’s Activation Date (AD) or the date of the
successful Command Simulator, whichever is earlier.
