Priceless. Just like the SWA strategy in the US this summer. Add capacity while the big guys are reducing theirs.
How did that turn out? Low load factors and money losing flights. And an eventual reduction in capacity.

I don't know how "low cost" Flair employees are now but the gist of what the new CEO is putting out there is that they might end up being even lower cost in his vision of a ULCC.

Through the mill that they’ve recalled almost half of their laid off pilots. If so, very happy for them. Some positive news finally in this otherwise pain of an industry.
