Passenger levels going through Toronto
Have to run to the states and wonder what the passenger load is like at Toronto,, Only have 1 1/2 hrs to get to connecting flight. We have extra level of check at US customs so that eats a hf hr up

You'll be fine, more or less have had zero delays recently.

I’ve been operating to DCA quite a bit lately and delays have been non-existent. Usually early. No line ups at US CBP.

When I flew out in September, there was 0 lines anywhere. Ghost town.

Still pretty quiet, I flew as a passenger out of T3 to Mexico in late October and other people were few and far between. The biggest issue is the lack of stuff open for purchase prior to flight (unless you like Tims) so maybe bring some food & bev with you beforehand. I experienced zero delays in either direction.

Not very busy at all. Slightly busier than a movie theatre or a Mandarin buffet restaurant but not by much. I agree, bring food or you’ll have to settle for Tim Hortons garbage and possibly miss your flight while waiting in line there.
