The one I have now on my iPad is called "Direct To". Without subscribing or internet you get Ground Speed, HDG, Altitude, and Track to 1 Airport/waypoint of your choosing for free. I think you also get moving map but you might need to set it up with internet on the ground?
The main information missing is Pitch, Bank, Yaw, and navigation to more than one place.
Any other free apps for instrument failure in flight? If you get additional functionality by subscribing that's fine too.

You won't get attitude information without an AHRS unit.
You can build an inexpensive Stratux unit with GNSS/AHRS capability and feed that to FltPlan Go on your iPad for that information.
