Flight dispatcher exams and requirements

Hi everyone,
Does anyone know how to become flight dispatcher in Canada especially in Vancouver area, if you guys also know any training centre who teaches the stuff and basically all the books and resources needed and most importantly how can i book the exams is there any link for booking the exam.
