Vaccine outside of Canada

Hey guys,

Anyone know how to report to Health Canada for vaccines outside of Canada. I just came to the realization that A LOT of people and flight crew are getting their shots outside of Canada and not reporting it is going to negatively skew our current vaccination numbers for reopening going forward.

The likely number of people vaccinated outside of Canada with both shots orobably puts Canadas number of fully vaccinated people quite a bit higher.

I wonder how the people of Ontario feel about being held hostage by Doug Ford. We can only reopen if we meet vaccine targets. So we will literally be held back by people who don't want a vaccine.

Those who get a vaccine are being punished by those who refuse. Kind of dictator like policy.

Agreed - hopefully those that received their vaccines elsewhere update their vaccination status, which will help to pivot the numbers back in favour of reopening.

I had the pharmacy in the US fax the record of both vaccines to my doctor. I never thought about calling public health, I will tomorrow.

Just take your vaccination card to the public health unit. The nurse will enter the info into your vaccination record right there. Takes 5 minutes. No need to see or talk to a doctor.

Obviously you all aren’t in Waterloo region. Sent my info in twice, both times said it was processed but my record still showed the covid vaccine outstanding. Called and emailed them and they very impolitely told me it “wasn’t their problem to figure out”
