Gotta love when ACPA goes to bat for 23 AC pilots who got fired FOR VOTING FOR ALPA, and won't even stand up for the rest of the 600 furloughed pilots seniority bidding rights during recall.

Can't let ALPA look too good, gotta get in on the headlines eh Rob G? If ALPA looks too good you might end up out of a job (hopefully).

“We are astounded by Cargojet’s decision to lay off pilots just prior to the expiration of the probation provisions, while continuing to hire pilots,” said Rob Giguere, chief of the Air Canada Pilots Association. “The most successful airlines over the long-term – from both the safety and profitability perspective – are those who cultivate a relationship of mutual respect – and not fear – with their professional pilots. We call on Cargojet management to work on that basis with its pilot group.”

Hmm, maybe Rob should say the same to AC Management! All we've been peddled is FEAR for the last two years.

What are you referring to? Either you are confused or I am.

ALPA is now representing Cargojet pilots. ALPA filed suit against Cargojet. ACPA has done nothing in regards to this issue AFAIK.

ACPA made a public comment about the firing and there's an internal memo stating they are helping CJ ALPA legally. Yes ALPA represents CJ, but ACPA had to insert their opinion on it, calling out CJ Management. When they can't even call out our own management. That's the joke.

Completely, 100% agree. ACPA can't even enforce their own fucking collective agreement and here they are throwing stones.
