Can I reapply for a Class 1 medical examination if I was previously disqualified?

Post by n0m4official »

I was recently disqualified from my Class 1 medical examination due to the medication I take for my ADD. I am I able to reapply for the medical when I am taken off the medication?

If the reason for your previous disqualification(taking Concerta) no longer applies, you are welcome to reapply. You will need to submit to Transport Canada a report from your attending physician(best to have this letter submitted at the same time you do your medical) that you are off the meds and not having any attention difficulties.
