What experience level are the candidates being interviewed and being trained right now at ? 1500-2000 TT ?

I did an interview couple weeks ago. I have around 1,400hrs, atpl exams written, and current type rating on DH8 with about 300hrs on the dash.

Did the regular rivs application and videos, had my friend put in the reference form. Then got called for a video call interview on Google meet.

No internal reference. And I know a couple other people that got interviews without it too. Yes, I currently fly the dash.

Currently flying and that, too, the dash is definitely a huge plus! I’m at 1300 hours with ATPLs written but not flying presently.

I interviewed mid january with 1650 TT, ATPL currently being processed by TC, 1300 PIC and 100 ME. I think if you have As written and anything above 1200-1300 hours, you could be called for an interview.

On a side note, does anyone who has interviewed in january gotten any response yet?

I was told “we get back to everyone regardless of outcome. Usually in 2-3 weeks”

Currently at 1.5 weeks ish and i know their march bid is today… so I kinda feel like end of the week is when we’ll hear once thats settled

That's what I was told too, coming up on exactly 2 weeks today. I've heard a couple guys got answers last week for early january interviews.

I interviewed mid january with 1650 TT, ATPL currently being processed by TC, 1300 PIC and 100 ME. I think if you have As written and anything above 1200-1300 hours, you could be called for an interview.

The 1000-1500 TT range hours candidates being interviewed have internal references from my understanding, otherwise, it's about 1500 TT atpl or something like that I think. Let's be patient ! Good luck to all!

Starting in the March 7th GS! it is 16 of us currently, if you guys haven't heard back yet I would take it as a good sign, you will probably be put on the April GS.

About 3500 hours myself with the AAs. Mostly PIC and multi turbine.

From a colleague, new hires, mostly internal recommends, with a few that have yet to be offered:

14 in Jan, 18 in Feb, 18 in Mar, 18 scheduled in early May and another 18 late May.

Anyone who has interviewed will get a response, but it maybe delayed (up to a month) due to ramping up operations, hired extra personnel to help out.

Currently looking for candidates with a least 1200TT or more, interviewing another 30 next week.
Received 600+ application since posting went up. 150+ referrals
