I recently travelled on Jet Blue, and the counter dude said the Net Jets or XO? have some kind of non rev travel with them? Is this true? How does a corporate company get this? ID60 or 90 or some ID? Anyone?

Unlikely. Their pilots travel positive space confirmed by their company.
There is some non-rev perks though, but that’s done in the back of their own jets.

Re: Non rev travel for corporate?
Some US corporate guys (think Part 135 and big Part 91k management) have CASS, which some airlines allow jumpseat privileges to without an agreement. Or some have managed to get jump agreements because they theoretically would let the reciprocating airline use the backseat of the jet on an empty leg. WheelsUp when it used to be Delta Private Jets got all the agreements Delta had, from what I understand.
