Blank Student Pilot Permits in Ontario region
Anyone have any idea how to get blank SPP forms (for our AP)? Our local office is out and provided contact info for Debbie Fife in licensing at TC. The AP has been emailing Debbie, her supervisor, the generic TC email address, etc. for the last 6 months to no avail. Even got her home number but it appears to be off the hook.

In the past I have had to source them from out of region, so dont hesitate to try that.
I'm not sure what's more depressing: That everyone has a price, or how low the price always is.

I've ordered flight test reports from publications@tc.gc.ca. I don't know if they have SPP's, but it can't hurt to ask.

I am in the PAC region and we have been instructed to email the aviation.pac@tc.gc.ca address to order new SPP forms. Not sure if it is the same in ONT?
