Immigrating to Canada

Good morning folks,

Maybe someone will be able to help me. Me and my soon to be wife, are looking to relocate to Canada. We’re both originally from Ireland, however have lived in England for a few years. I work for Europes largest 737 operator, ive over 2500 hours on the 737, and a TRI with 2 years of instruction at my company.
Where would I stand in terms of immigration over to Canada? I’ve looked online, and still slightly unsure. I’ve seen there’s jobs at Flair, Westjet and Air Canada.

My other half is a physiotherapist, I know she’d traditionally have an easier time immigrating to most countries due to her medical background.
