Who is being accused of not providing mandatory training minimums in the press release?
It's a bit rich to say others are hiring pilots with only 250 hours, whereas NWAL has done exactly that for many years.
Let's hope things get better quickly for Northwestern. Fundamentally a good company with good people, and vital to the economy of Fort Smith.

I don't think that is an accurate statement about the pay at NWAL. It certainly isn't "shitty", and an awful lot of folks have gotten a good start there.
Good judgment comes from experience. Experience often comes from bad judgment.
