Does YOS for pay accrue while on GDIP?
I went on GDIP on year 4 flat salary and my pay anniversary has passed another year. Will I come back still on year 4 flat pay or on year 5 formula pay?

Look it up in the contract it's spelled out pretty clearly.

Yes. YOS accrues. I started GDIP on yr2 pay, and when I finally returned (thank you TC for being painfully slow), I went straight to yr4.

There were pilots who accrued yos while furloughed, because of gdip, if that's what you're asking.
