Higher fines, the ability to file class action lawsuits for delays/ the airlines inability to manage itself / the employees inability to perform at a satisfactory levels would fix that up nicely.
The penalties aren’t high enough and there’s far too many loopholes for the airlines.

They’re becoming creative on calling everything “safety” like when they don’t have enough rampies or other minions and they avoid the financial penalties.

A guy is waiting a year for compensation for a flight being cancelled and having to fly out the very next day? The horror!
