Hello,
Being an atc in canada can be quite a hassle and it’s a very competitive lengthy process with nav canada so is it possible to do atc training anywhere in the world and work directly for nav canada when you complete it? Is there a conversion process and does nav canada hire new employees that way? Thanks

No. If you have previous experience (checked out / licensed) somewhere and have the right to work in Canada you may be able to be hired that way.SzkJopc wrote: ↑Sun Aug 28, 2022 3:09 pm Hello,

I think you're going to find this to be true for most places, Canada is not unique. It's very expensive for ANSPs to train controllers, so they want to make sure they select the people with the best chance of success in order to minimize their losses.
