Destination Porter program

I'm currently studying at one of the partnered schools of the destination porter program. I have a few questions to ask. Does Porter prioritize applications with ATPL exams written but with hours averaging at around 500-800 total. How is the interview process like and what happens after you get hired, do they start assigning bases and aircraft quickly. How long until I get off of reserve. How is the QOL like at the company meaning the average hours, days worked per-month . For FO's pilots who fly out of YTZ, do you commute to work from a long distance or how do you manage to live in Toronto somewhere. How is the pension contribution like for the employer and employee, does the contribution percentage increase every year.
