I did my interview at the beginning of Sept, maybe the first week in? And it was the next day I as asked for references and criminal record check. A week later I received the email that I was in the pool. Although the pool doesn’t guarantee employment, they definitely have a system that are using to move people through a based on interview and scores by the looks of it.
