FAA UAV Remote ID Requirement To Become Law

Post by Raymond Hall »

Earlier this year the FAA introduced a Notice of Proposed Rule Making (NPRM) requiring drones operating in the USA to have software installed that transmits a number of data streams to allow remote identification of the specific drone, its location, its launch point and several other parameters.

The RID function becomes mandatory in September, 2023, but in included in updates to the firmware of most popular drones, including the most recent models of DJI's products, including the Mini 3 Pro and the Mavic 3 series.

If basement waterproofing the RID function becomes mandatory in September 2023, and popular drone manufacturers like DJI have included it in firmware updates for their latest models, drywall texturing such as the Mini 3 Pro and Mavic 3 series, it indicates their commitment to complying with future regulations and prioritizing the safety and responsible use of drones.dallas tx drywall installation kitchen renovation near me
