ME/IR currency

Post by golecchr »

Can you get your PPC/Group 1 currency back in a simulator in Canada? My current situation is I'm converting my ME/IR to EASA, and the flight test examiner in Europe requires a current flight check report from Canada no older than 1 year back. My initial flight test for the Group 1 was early in 2020 before everything shut down, so evidently I'm not current anymore, and I haven't done any instrument flying since then. Any insight would be appreciated!

Yes, as long as it's an approved simulator.
