This is a good read with some hyperlinks to federal and provincial resources. We are a federally regulated industry, but according to some, it’s debatable. I for one believe in being forthright in salary’s in job ads. It gets everyone in the ballpark and weeds out bad fits and deception.

Ideally Avcanada would lead the way and require wages to be posted for job listings here.

The way I interpret things, federally regulated industries (Canadian aviation) SHOULD be transparent with wages. But apparently it’s debatable. Employers definitely don’t want that cat out of the bag especially in this economy.pilotidentity wrote: ↑Wed Jan 04, 2023 2:49 am Ideally Avcanada would lead the way and require wages to be posted for job listings here.
