20% Is The New Norm

With Encore ratifying it's MOA #4 giving it's pilots an immediate 17-28% increase in pay, the new norm has been set.

Do not let your unions squander this opportunity that has fallen into your laps.

Exactly my first thought. Disregarding the CPI, which is artificially low due to costs of consumer electronics etc which haven't changed, I'd bet the last 3 years of actual living expenses at just about 20%. This is just back to square one after behind behind even more.

Just remember there are CBAs out there with 2% inflation figures that still have a ways to maturity.
