Hiring process and interview
Hey!
Would anyone be able to provide some insight about the hiring process and the interview itself? Is it more technical or personality or both? How is the sim ride, in what type of aircraft?
Thanks a lot!

Re: Hiring process and interview
Equally interested in the process as well.
I had heard that AT is looking to hire about 10 new-hires a month for the following months. Recalls have been completed by early this year in the spring.
Could anyone confirm that? Thanks.

Correct. 10 new hires a month for the next two years and yes everyone was already recalled. September and October ground school are filled.SkyBagPiper wrote: ↑Sat Sep 03, 2022 9:21 pm Equally interested in the process as well.

Re: Hiring process and interview
Just curious how long it would take to get the montreal base since it looks like they're only hiring for toronto?
Re: Hiring process and interview
1.5 - 2 years.
Now that they are hiring 10 a month for the next 2 years, probably closer to 1 - 1.5 year

Re: Hiring process and interview
Looking for info on how long after the interview is done do you hear back?
What are the next steps after the interview if successful? Sim eval? Medical? Etc.
Any information on when the next ground schools are?
Thanks

Re: Hiring process and interview
Upgrade time sitting at about 4-5 years, I expect it to go quicker as we keep expanding and the retirements are numerous in the next 3-5 years. Not much difference between NB and WB as we have status pay.
