What’s on the latest Porter interview?

Hey all, asking for a friend to help put their mind at ease in prep for an interview. It’s their first shot at a 705 and they’re understandably nervous.

Now, I understand there are some who believe the element of surprise is as important as anything but I prefer to look at prepping for this the same as prepping to land a plane full of paying pax at an unfamiliar airport. You’re going to read the briefing notes, or at least talk to someone who’s been there before.

Anyone recently interview there who wants to share what’s being asked? Replies by PM are welcome if you don’t want to put yourself publicly.

I've heard it's very personality based, generally more HR questions than technical.

Speaking from recent experience...

Online (google meet) with a couple of management pilots.
Standard TMAAT scenarios.
Very relaxed and casual.
Was slotted in for an hour. Wrapped up in 35 minutes.
Was told to expect a response in 2 weeks.

Tell me about yourself
why we will hire you over others
what you can bring to porter
what you see in yourself in next 4 years
how can porter expand their routes
