Sunwing YYC Pilot Base?
Looking at Sunwings recent job posting, they mention yyc as one of their bases. Does this apply to pilots? Or just flight attendants? If it does apply to pilots, what kind of seniority are you looking at to get based yyc? Thanks in advance

Sunwing has permanent year-round bases in YVR, YYC, YYZ, YUL and YQB for pilots and FAs. One could typically get YYC base as new hire I’d imagine.

All bases have taken in more FOs in 2022, I expect that new FOs in 2023 at WG will be able to get any bases except YQB, which grew incredibly fast in 2022 and may be considered "full" by mgmt. But still worth a shot if you are a Lac St Jean or Basse Côte resident. YQB has a few Chicoutimi and Sept-Iles residents.
