Well why post it here, then? Why would any up-and-coming pilot (or F/A, AME or ATC) choose to take a job in FtMcLake Anywhere if it *Didn't* lead to a flying gig?

Decent networking opportunity for a pilot who doesn't have his/her ratings. Especially if its money stopping them from continuing their training, this way they get to stay around airplanes. One which could potentially lead to a gig somewhere next summer.
