Jazz to AC Hiring Timeline
For the hiring process how long has it been taking from completion of the interview process to a GS call?

Re: Jazz to AC Hiring Timeline
It's slowing way down for the busy summer season. Expect AC interviews to become either zero or less than 10 pilots from Jazz per gs. Again AC not following contracts...

Re: Jazz to AC Hiring Timeline
At the end of the day it’s jazz pilots getting screwed multiple ways: industry lowest pay and industry slowest route to ac. So why do people still apply, unless it’s a plan B or C?
Re: Jazz to AC Hiring Timeline
Someone told me they cut the flow in 1/2 for April so only about 20 instead of the 40 in March. Only what I was told, 2nd hand info. I would expect even less during the summer to “protect the operation”.
Let’s Go Brandon

No idea how this will protect the operation. With guys seeing their chance to go to AC is not stable at jazz, they will leave to other companies. Overall, people are going to leave. It’s just the choice of AC or another operator.

Pilots are already leaving for WJ, Transat and Flair. Said pilots were hired less than a year agocanadian_aviator_4 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 10:45 am No idea how this will protect the operation. I think it’s safe to say pilots are leaving to any 705 that is not jazz.rudder wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 3:38 pmYou forgot Morningstar, CargoJet, Sunwing……..Yolked wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 3:10 pmPilots are already leaving for WJ, Transat and Flair. E1 / Q4 type rating is basically equals a course date at porter, unless people don’t like you in aviation, or you are a douche during the interview.rudder wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 4:18 pmAnd add the one that may hire more Jazz pilots than AC…… Porter.canadian_aviator_4 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 21, 2023 4:06 pmI think it’s safe to say pilots are leaving to any 705 that is not jazz.
